Every visual court hearing runs exclusively through Microsoft Teams. This is the first and most important step in getting ready — download it now and confirm it works before your scheduled time.

Sign in via Nafath. Through Najiz, you can view your case details and submit written memos and responses.
قبل موعد الجلسة بيوم، تأكد من استقرار الإنترنت وعمل الكاميرا والصوت في جهازك لتفادي أي أعطال.
A day before your session, ensure stable internet and test your camera and audio to avoid technical issues.
قبل الجلسة بـ ١٥ دقيقة، ادخل إلى حسابك في منصة ناجز لتسجيل حضورك والوصول إلى رابط الجلسة الآمن.
15 minutes before the session, log into the Najiz portal to register your attendance and access the secure link.
بمجرد النقر على "الدخول للجلسة" في ناجز، سيفتح تطبيق Microsoft Teams تلقائياً للتواصل الصوتي والمرئي مع القاضي والأطراف.
Once you click "Join Session" in Najiz, Microsoft Teams will automatically open for audio/video communication with the judge.
حافظ على مكان هادئ ومظهر لائق، ولا تتحدث إلا عند الإذن لك، ويُمنع منعاً باتاً تسجيل الجلسة.
Maintain a quiet place and proper appearance. Speak only when permitted. Recording the session is strictly prohibited.

يحق لكل طرف الاطلاع على جميع المذكرات والمستندات المقدَّمة، ومواجهة الطرف الآخر بها قبل الجلسة وأثناءها.
Each party may view all memoranda and documents filed, and confront the other party with them before and during the hearing.
تُعقد الجلسات المرئية وفق الضوابط التي تحفظ طابعها العلني، ضمن الأنظمة والصلاحيات المعمول بها للمحكمة.
Visual hearings are conducted under rules that preserve their public character, within the court's established authority.
الجلسة المرئية بالصوت والصورة في قاعة افتراضية، بينما الجلسة الكتابية تُبقيها الدائرة مفتوحة لتبادل المذكرات والمستندات مدة أقصاها ٣٠ يومًا، قابلة للتمديد مرة واحدة لمدة مماثلة. النطق بالحكم أو شطب الدعوى لا يتم إلا عبر الجلسة المرئية أو الحضورية، وليس الكتابية.
A visual hearing is live audio-video in a virtual courtroom. A written session instead stays open for up to 30 days for exchanging memoranda and documents, extendable once for the same period. Judgment, case dismissal, or default rulings can only happen in a visual or in-person session — never a written one.

Try reconnecting immediately via the same link. If you don't rejoin within 10 minutes, the circuit continues without you — call the Unified Call Center at 1950 as soon as the issue happens.
